Install
New builds and replacements, from the excavation through to the risers set flush at grade and the fill dirt put back. If the old tank has failed, we will talk you through what a treatment plant changes before anything comes out of the ground.
How an install runs
Below the grass
Roots find a tank long before a homeowner does. By the time the yard is wet or the toilets are slow, the cause has usually been building under the grass for a season or more. Opening it up is how the guessing stops.

Seal Digging is listed in Consolidated’s own dealer network for the Multi-Flo, Nayadic and Sybr-AER treatment lines. It matters on the service call rather than the sales call: the crew opening your plant already knows how that model is meant to behave.
How a call runs
You call
Wet patch, smell, alarm, slow drains, or just a date you cannot remember. What the system is doing above ground usually narrows the cause before anyone drives out.
We open it up
Nobody can price a tank they have not looked in. We find the lids, open the system and see what is actually happening in there, including whether it is one tank or two.
We put it back
Fill dirt in, lids set at grade, the yard left usable. On installs that includes the landscaping side of putting a garden back together.
Set at grade
A system is far cheaper to look after when the risers are at the surface and somebody can actually get a lid off. We set them so the next pump-out does not start with an hour of probing the lawn.
